Our SWAU Label offers a classic, refined appearance that keeps the focus on the card itself while providing collectors with clear, easy-to-read certification and grading information. The SWAU encapsulated holder is UV resistant and tamper-evident, helping protect your collection for generations.
Each submission is professionally photographed and recorded with all relevant card information. Certification details are made available on our website and can be accessed through a scannable QR code or certification number. Additionally, our population report will be available within 120 days after launch, allowing collectors to see how their cards compare with other graded examples.
Expert Analysis
Our trading card authentication and grading team carefully examines each card to determine authenticity, condition, and overall grade. Cards are evaluated for key characteristics including centering, corners, edges, surface condition, print quality, and other factors that may affect the final grade.
Once the evaluation is complete, the card is assigned an overall grade that is prominently displayed on the front of the SWAU Label.
For autographed trading cards, an additional review is performed by our autograph authentication experts to verify the authenticity of the signature. Once authenticated and graded, the card is encapsulated with an Authentic Autograph designation, combining card grading and autograph authentication into one complete service.

Step 2: Print a copy of your receipt and include it with your submission. Be sure your order number is clearly visible on the page.

How to Send In Your Trading Cards
To help ensure your cards arrive safely and can be processed efficiently, we recommend preparing each card individually before shipment.
Step 1: Place each trading card in a clean penny sleeve.
Step 2: Insert the sleeved card into a semi-rigid card holder or other approved protective holder. Avoid using tape directly on the card or sleeve.
Step 3: Arrange your cards in the same order they appear on your submission receipt whenever possible.
Step 4: Secure the cards between pieces of protective cardboard or another rigid material to help prevent movement and damage during transit.
Step 5: Place the protected cards inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient packing material to prevent shifting.
Step 6: Include a printed copy of your receipt with your order number clearly visible.
Step 7: Seal your package securely and ship it using a carrier and service that provides tracking. We recommend retaining your tracking information until your submission has been received and processed by SWAU Authentication.
Once received, your trading cards will enter the SWAU authentication and grading process before being securely encapsulated and returned as protected, certified collectibles.
