Packing & Shipping Guide
Follow these guidelines to make sure your items arrive safely and are ready for authentication.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Purchase Your Authentication
Visit the Submit page and purchase the service that matches your item. Keep your order number — you’ll need it when you ship.
Protect Your Items
Flat items: place in a rigid top-loader or between two pieces of cardboard. Figures and POPs: wrap in bubble wrap and box independently. Never fold or bend items.
Wrap Your Package
Place protected items in a padded envelope or rigid box. For multiple items, separate each with cardboard or bubble wrap. Mark the outside with your order number.
Ship to SWAU
Ship to the address in your order confirmation. We recommend insuring your shipment for replacement value and using a carrier with tracking. SWAU is not responsible for items lost in transit to us.
Return Shipping
We offer insured return shipping at checkout. Once authenticated, we’ll ship your item back with full tracking and insurance.

Packing FAQs
Yes — you can submit multiple items in one package. Make sure each item is individually protected and your order number is included with the package.
We accept deliveries from any major carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). We strongly recommend using a service that includes tracking and insurance for the replacement value of your items.
For fragile or oversized items, please contact us before shipping for custom packaging recommendations.
