Yes. SWAU certifications are recognized by major platforms in the entertainment memorabilia market. Our serialized hologram and online verification record provide a permanent, tamper-evident chain of provenance.
If SWAU authenticates an item and that item is later proven to be inauthentic, SWAU will refund the full purchase price. This guarantee applies indefinitely — there is no expiration date.
Yes. SWAU accepts submissions for any signer in any entertainment genre — film, TV, sports, music, animation, and more. We do not restrict by genre or celebrity tier.

Services
Hologram Authentication affixes a tamper-evident QR hologram and creates an online record. A Letter of Authenticity is a printed document with 12+ anti-counterfeit security features, ordered as its own service and priced by signature tier (1–4, 5–9, or 10–15).
Standard Hologram Authentication: 1-week guaranteed domestic. Letter of Authenticity: 2–4 weeks. Funko POP Grading and Card Grading: varies by queue — check the product page for current estimates.
Hologram Authentication is priced by the number of signatures on the item — not by who signed or the item’s market value. Select your signature count when you order (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6–10, or 11–20). Letter of Authenticity uses separate signature tiers (1–4, 5–9, and 10–15).
No. Online Verification is a photo-based opinion with no hologram or physical certification. It’s fast and ideal for buying decisions. Mail-in authentication involves a physical in-person examination and results in a certified, hologrammed item.
Bulk discounts apply automatically at 30, 60, and 90+ POPs in a single submission. The discount is calculated at checkout.
