Step 2: Include The Documentation That Prevents Delays

Print your receipt and include it in the box. Make sure your order number is clearly visible. Include a separate sheet listing who signed your autographed item or items. Missing paperwork or an unclear order number can delay processing.

Step 3: Package Your Memorabilia For Safe Transit

Use a sturdy box, protective padding and enough bubble wrap to prevent shifting. A well-packed autographed item protects the piece, reduces avoidable damage and supports faster handling once it arrives.

Step 4: Ship To The Correct Address for Your Region

We use separate domestic and international shipping addresses. Do not send international orders to the USA address, as it will significantly delay your item.

If your item has 6 or more signatures, you are automatically upgraded to a Letter of Authenticity (LOA). For items with 20 or more signatures, additional questions or to confirm eligibility, please contact auth@swau.com prior to your purchase.
